光学与超声在眼睛参数测量中的应用

摘要: 为提高眼科手术后的视觉质量并为日常眼病预防提供理论依据, 眼睛参数测量方法经历了从低分辨率的超 声测量到高分辨率的光学相干层析成像的发展。光学方法以其无损伤、高精度等优点在很多临床场景中逐步替代了 超声方法, 但对于晶状体混浊眼还需要依赖超声测量。光学方法中的光学相干层析成像技术因其能够检测眼睛内部 微观结构, 为眼科医学的基础研究和临床应用提供了极大便利。本文首先回顾了眼睛参数测量方法的发展历程, 并 对几种典型方法进行系统性介绍; 随后重点探讨了超声生物测量、低相干光干涉技术和光学相干层析成像技术在眼 睛参数测量方面的研究进展和应用场景, 对这几种方法的优缺点、性能等进行了对比; 最后, 对这些方法在眼科医学 领域的应用进行了总结和展望。

Abstract: To improve visual quality after ophthalmic surgery and provide a theoretical basis for routine eye disease prevention, ocular parameter measurement methods have evolved from low-resolution ultrasound technique to high-resolution optical coherence tomography (OCT). Optical methods, due to their advantages of non-invasiveness and high precision, have gradually replaced ultrasound-based approach in many clinical scenarios. However, ultrasound technique remains indispensable for measuring cataractous eyes. In optical methods, OCT technology enables the detection of microscopic intraocular structures, offering significant benefits for both fundamental research and clinical applications in ophthalmology.This paper first reviews the development history of various ocular parameter measurement techniques and provides a systematic introduction to these methods. Then we focus on the research progress and applications of ultrasound biometry, low-coherence interferometry, and OCT in ocular parameter measurement, as well as the comparison of the advantages, disadvantages, and performance of these methods. Finally, we summarize and prospect the applications of these techniques in ophthalmology.
