Experimental elemental content analysis in metal materials by laser-Induced plasma spectroscopy

摘要:

以波长1064nm的Nd:YAG调Q激光束为激发光源,对铜、镁铝合金和钢等金属材料的激光诱导等离子体光谱(Lips)进行了实验探测,并分析了延迟时间、环境气体等因素对元素光谱特性的影响。适当的延迟时间和氩气环境能显著地改善谱线的信噪比,从而提高元素含量分析的精度。

Abstract:

Laser-induced plasma spectroscopy of metal materials including copper, magnalium and steel was investigated. The effects of delay time and ambient atmospheres on the emission characteristics of laser-induced plasmas spectroscopy were studied .Experimental results show that proper delay time and ambient atmospheres of argon can notably enhance signal-to-noise ratio of spectra ,thus the accuracy of elemental content analysis was improved.
