基于ZPL宏指令的大口径反射式平行光管设计

Design of reflective collimator with large aperture based on ZPL micro instruction

摘要: 大口径、长焦距离轴三反射镜系统的设计过程中会出现透镜的挡光问题。传统的优化方法降低了光学设计的效率,对成像质量有负面影响。实践表明用ZPL宏指令可以解决这个问题。反射式平行光管设计指标为:通光口径500 mm,焦距4000 mm,波长范围为400 ~1400 nm,有效视场2°×1°,点列图优于6 μm。根据设计指标计算了同轴三反射镜系统的初始光学结构参数,借助Zemax软件中的ZPL宏指令得出最终设计方案。结果表明:各个视场的点列图均优于6 μm,波像差均优于λ/25,满足设计指标。ZPL宏指令辅助设计在离轴多反射镜系统中能控制系统结构,避免挡光,提高设计效率和成像质量。

Abstract: In the optical design process of off-axis three mirror system of large aperture and long focal length, the problem of light blocking appears. The traditional optimizing methods can reduce the efficiency of optical design, and have negative impact on the image quality. Practice show that this problem can be solved with ZPL macro instruction. The design indexes of reflective collimator include the aperture of 500 mm, the focal length of 4000 mm, the wavelength range of 400~1400 nm, the specified field angles of 2°×1°, and the spot diagrams is better than 6 μm. According to the design indexes, the initial optical structure parameters of coaxial TMA are computed. The final design scheme is obtained with the help of ZPL macros of Zemax software. Results show that the spot diagram is better than 6 μm and wavefront aberration of every specified field is better than λ/25, which meet the design index. ZPL micro instruction assist design can control the structure of off-axis multi reflective mirrors system, and it can avoid the light blocking, improve image quality.
