Study on localization of reverse opal photonic crystal based on Mie light scattering theory

摘要:

根据Mie散射理论和低浓度近似,对金属氧化物构成的反蛋白石光子晶体的光子定域化区进行了研究。结果发现,该光子晶体在14 到18 区域出现多个光子禁带,并且讨论了影响定域化参量的各种因素,为实现光子定域化现象提供理论参考。

Abstract:

Based on the Mie scattering theory and the low density approximation, we studied anderson localization of reverse opal photonic crystal constituted by metal oxide. The results show that the crystal appears many area of photonic forbidden bands while the incidence wavelength is from 14 to 18 . And we analyzed the factors which influence the anderson localization parameter( ). These results could provide theory reference to obtain the photonic localization phenomenon of reverse opal photonic crystal in experiment.
