Research on all fiber CW laser Doppler wind velocimetry

摘要: 介绍了一套全光纤相干连续激光多普勒风速仪,该激光风速仪使用了1.5um光纤激光器作为激光光源,其输出能量为~1W,利用保偏环形器、耦合器等器件搭建了一套同轴收发的风速仪系统。利用距离望远镜~5m的转盘对系统进行了校准实验,实验结果表明系统的速度分辨率和测量与转盘实际速度的线性拟合系数分别为0.021m/s和0.99。该系统还成功实现大气风速的测量(~25m处的大气)。

Abstract: A monostatic coherent 1.55um continuous-wave (CW) laser Doppler wind velocimetry with an output power of 1W is presented, in which a fiber-optics polarization-maintaining circulator, coupler and a balanced detector is used. This system can perform line of sight velocity measurements of hard moving target at ranges of ~5m away from the telescope with a velocity accuracy of 0.021m/s and an excellent degree of speed correlation(R2=0.99) form a linear regression analysis of the system vs true moving target. Another ability of this velocimetry is also showed that the speed of air away from telescope ~25m is implemented.
