热辐射测量系统中探测器非线性校正方法的研究

Study on the detector nonlinear calibration of thermal radiation temperature measurement system

摘要: 热辐射测量技术中,由于红外探测器的非线性效应特征,导致对目标红外辐射测量时存在一定的误差。文章提出依据黑体辐射定律,首先通过理论计算得出黑体在不同温度一定波长带宽下的热辐射量曲线关系,然后通过实验测得在相同温度相同波长带宽下红外探测器检测到的热辐射量,最后,利用理论曲线对探测器的检测曲线进行修正,从而达到对探测器的非线性效应进行校正,提高热辐射测温的测量精度。

Abstract: In the temperature measurement technology of radiation, due to the nonlinear effect characteristics of infrared detector, cause the error of target infrared radiation measurement. It propose on the basis of the blackbody radiation law, Firstly, through the theoretical calculation of thermal radiation quantity curve of blackbody at different temperatures under certain wavelength bandwidth, Then, through measuring the amount of heat radiation of infrared detector in the same wavelength bandwidth detected under the same temperature, Last,correcting the detection curve on the detector by using the theoretical curve, In order to achieve the nonlinear effect on detector correction, to improve the measurement accuracy of thermal radiation thermometry.
