考虑电子与SO声子相互作用的极性晶体膜量子比特

摘要: 采用线性组合算符法和变分法,讨论了极性晶体膜中电子与SO声子耦合强,与LO声子耦合弱的电子—声子相互作用系统的量子比特及其声子效应。当膜中电子处于基态和第一激发态的叠加态时,电子的概率密度在空间做周期性震荡,得出了振荡周期随耦合强度的增加而减小,随极化子振动频率的增加而增大。

Abstract: Abstract: by using variational method and Huybrecht’s Linear combination operator,studied the polar slab qubit and its optical phonon effect, Using the system of electron-bulk LO phonon coupling weak, and electron-SO-phonon coupling strength. When the electron is in the superposition state of the ground state and the first excited state, we obtained the time evoiution of the electron density. This shown that the period of oscillation decreases with the strength of coupling increasing, but increases with the vibration frequency.
