高稳定度大能量三波长脉冲激光系统研究

The Study of High Stability High Energy Three Wavelength Pulse Laser System

摘要: 设计了一套高稳定度大能量输出的三波长Nd:YAG激光系统,用作激光清洗光源。该系统包括一振荡级、一放大级以及后续的波长切换系统。为了解决激光棒热致双折射效应造成的输出能量下降和输出不稳定问题,在输出镜和激光工作物质之间插入λ1/4波片,并对波片的补偿效果进行了研究,发现插入波片后,振荡级输出能量提高了10%,稳定度也明显提高,取得了较好的效果。在重复频率为10H时,1064nm激光经放大后单脉冲能量可以达到700mJ,放大后的基波1064nm激光单次通过倍频晶体BBO,得到532nm激光的单脉冲能量为325.6mJ,四倍频后得到266nm激光的单脉冲能量为84mJ。在1h的时间内测得三波长激光输出能量的不稳定度均小于0.6%。

Abstract: A set of high stability high energy output three wavelength Nd:YAG laser system is designed. The system includes one oscillator, one amplifier and subsequent wavelength switching system. In order to solve the decline of output energy and stability caused by the laser rod thermal birefringence effect, a quarter wave plate is inserted between the output mirror and the laser medium. The output energy of the oscillator increase by 10% and the stability is obviously improved after the wave plate is added. When the repetition frequency is 10Hz, the energy of the 1064nm laser reaches 700mJ after amplification. The 532nm laser is acquired after the 1064nm laser passes through the BBO,and the energy is 325.6mJ. The energy of the 266nm laser is 84mJ after fourth harmonic generation . The pulse stability is less than 0.6% in one hour.
