温度对环氧树脂表面充电的影响

Temperature Effect on Surface Charge of Epoxy Resin

摘要: 针对应用于航天器表面的环氧树脂材料,研究其在不同温度时的表面带电程度,通过设置不同的束流密度,研究温度变化和电子束流密度变化对环氧树脂充电水平的影响。实验结果表明,在243 K~363 K的温度范围内,当束流密度为0.5 nA/cm2和1 nA/cm2时,环氧树脂表面充电平衡电位均呈现先降低后升高再降低的趋势。束流密度为2 nA/cm2时,环氧树脂表面充电平衡电位变化幅度不大。所以小束流时,温度对表面充电平衡电位的影响作用越强。束流密度越大,温度对充电的影响作用就越弱,表面充电平衡电位越稳定。

Abstract: To study the charge level of epoxy resin material applied to the surface of the spacecraft at different temperature, by setting different beam density, the effect of temperature and electron beam density on the surface charge level of epoxy resin was studied. Experimental results show that, in the temperature range of 243 K to 363 K, when the beam density is 0.5 nA/cm2 and 1 nA/cm2, the surface charge balance potential of epoxy resin showed the trend of decreasing first and then increasing and then decreasing. When the beam density is 2 nA/cm2, the range of surface charge balance potential of epoxy resin is not big. So, when the beam density is small, the effect of temperature on the surface charge balance potential is stronger. The greater the beam density is, the weaker the effect of the temperature on the surface charge balance potential, so the surface charge balance potential of epoxy resin is more stable.
