Optical absorption properties in one-dimensional graphene-based photonic crystals

摘要:

基于传输矩阵法研究了一维石墨烯基光子晶体(GBPC)的吸收特性,得到了石墨烯化学势、电介质相对介电常数、介质层厚度及入射角对GBPC吸收特性的影响。结果表明通过改变石墨烯的化学势, 可动态调整GBPC的吸收频带。在一定范围内,GBPC的宽带吸收特性对相对介电常数、介质层厚度和入射角不敏感。该研究结果为GBPC宽度光吸收器的设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

The optical absorption properties of one-dimensional graphene-based photonic crystal (GBPC) are investigated based on transfer matrix method. Influences of absorption characteristics of GBPC on the chemical potential of graphene, relative dielectric constant of dielectric layers, thickness of dielectric layers and incident angle are obtained. Results show that the absorption frequency of GBPC can be dynamically tuned by changing the chemical potential of grapheme. The wideband absorption properties of GBPC are insensitive to the relative dielectric constant, thickness of the dielectric layers and incident angle within a certain range. Results provide the theoretical basis for the design of GBPC wideband absorbers.
