Submission Guide

1.  Chinese Journal of Quantum Electronics is governed by Chinese Academy of Sciences, sponsored by the Basic Optics Branch of the Chinese Optics Society and Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The journal mainly publishes innovative articles, newsletters, education experience and systemic review in basic optics, quantum optics, nonlinear optics, laser physics, laser chemistry, laser spectroscopy, laser biology, integrated optics, fiber optics, optoelectronics, optical devices and instruments etc.

2.  Manuscripts should be with accurate information, clear arguments, reliable experimental data, and concise writing. Newsletters should be less than 2000 Chinese characters in length.

3. Manuscripts should be submitted through online submission system (http://LK.hfcas.ac.cn), which should include both Chinese and English titles, author names， mailing address, postal code, E-mail address, abstract, keywords, and Chinese Library Classification number. The Chinese abstract should be about 200-250 characters in length, including four parts: objective, methods, results, and conclusion. Important data should be listed in abstract. The English abstract must be consistent with the content of the Chinese abstract, providing a concise and accurate summary of the article content, without comments or explanations. The English abstract should be concise and grammatical, with about 10 complete and coherent sentences. Abstracts should be written in the third-person perspective. Words such as "this article" or "this paper" shall be avoided in abstracts. The English full names or English abbreviations of uncommon terms should be indicated when appearing in text for the first time. The profile and E-mail address of the first author shall be attached to the manuscript. If the first author is a graduate student, the profile and E-mail address of his/her supervisor shall be attached as the correspondence contact person. Figures and tables must be clear. National legal units of measurement shall be adopted. References should be complete, excluding unpublished materials. Chinese references should be translated into English. Literatures of online resources must be stable and permanently accessible. If the article is supported by a funding project, the project title and number should be indicated. It is recommended to use Word or CCT format for manuscripts.

4.  The editorial office has right to make editorial modification on manuscripts. Once the accepted manuscript is published by the journal, the journal shall own the copyright and have right to publish the article online and in CD format. An APC will be charged by the journal ( ~ RMB 300/ page). After publishing, remuneration will be paid and two copies of the current issue will be posted to authors.
