Compton散射下光折变晶体中的孤子传输特性

摘要: 应用多光子非线性Compton模型和耦合非线性薛定谔方程,研究了Compton散射 下光折变晶体中的孤子传输特性,研究结果表明,光折变晶体热透镜效应的实质,是晶体内形成的光孤子与空间电荷场中的孤子传输与耦合的过程。其耦合特性不仅与两波导中的孤子的相对相位有关,而且与Compton散射有关。当两波导中的孤子的相对相位相同或相反,散射都会使它们之间发生能量交换和交换能量的周期发生变化,从而使形成的孤子的轮廓变得模糊。即使在光沿着晶体的光轴方向传输,也有发生双折射的可能性。

Abstract: The propagation properties of soliton in the photorefractive crystal under Compton scattering is studied by using the model of the multi-photon nonlinear Compton scattering and the nonlinear Schr?dinger's equation. The results show that essence of heat-lens effect in photorefractive crystal is a result of the propagation and coupling of the solitons between the crystal and space charge field. The coupling properties not only have the relation with the relative phase of the solitons in the two wave guides,but also have the relation with the Compton scattering too. When the relative phase of the soliton is same or opposite,the energy change and the cycle change of the energy change between the two solitons can be taken place by the Compton scattering. Therefore,the overall of the soliton formed by Compton scattering is fuzzier. If the soliton propagation is along with the optic axis direction ,then,the birefraction taken place by Compton scattering is possible.
