基于稀疏采样技术的激光雷达三维成像方法研究

Three-dimensional imaging method of lidar based on sparse sampling technique

摘要: 距离选通成像激光雷达具有作用距离远、成像清晰、抗干扰能力强等优势,被广泛应用于遥感、目标识别以及三维成像等多种领域。而传统基于距离选通的切片三维成像激光雷达的成像效率较低,成像实时性不高。为提高其成像效率和成像实时性,提出一种由CCD单帧曝光图像反演获取场景三维和强度信息的方法,应用于距离选通激光雷达成像系统中。本方法利用稀疏采样矩阵对回波信号进行编码,采用相关算法对距离进行解码,应用压缩感知技术对信息进行复原。利用模拟仿真与室内成像实验对所提方法进行了研究,结果证实本方法能有效地降低数据量,提高系统成像效率。

Abstract: Range gated imaging lidar has the advantages of long distance detection, imaging clearly, strong anti-jamming ability, and is widely applied in many fields such as remote sensing, target recognition and three-dimensional (3D) imaging. However, the conventional 3D imaging lidar based on range gating technique, using time slicing approach, has low imaging efficiency and poor real-time performance. In order to improve the imaging efficiency and real-time performance, a method to obtain the 3D and intensity information from the single CCD exposure image is proposed. In this method, the echo signal is encode by the sparse sampling matrix, the correlation algorithm is used to decode the distance, and the compressed sensing technique is applied to recover the sparse signal. The proposed method is validated by simulation and laboratory experiments and the results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the amount of data and improve the imaging efficiency of the system.
