Abstract:

The incoherently coupled equations of bright-dark screening-photovoltaic spatial soliton pairs are numerically solved. The effect of gating beam, partial pressure coefficient and temperature on the intensity profile for soliton pairs are analyzed theoretically. The width of soliton-pairs-intensity-profile will increase with gating beam intensity greatening and it will decrease with partial pressure coefficient greatening. When the temperature of crystals is increasing, the width of profile will increase but the maximum intensity of soliton pairs is decrease. It is opposition when the temperature is decreasing. The results are benefit for the project practice of two-photon incoherently coupled spatial soliton pairs.
