Analysis of quantum cascade laser heat featureby circuit model

Abstract: Abstract: By analyzing the heat generate in the quantum wells and the heat transportation among the wells of the quantum cascade laser (QCL), can acquire its heat transport equation. After that, compare it to circuit theory and on the basis of it, can built the equivalent circuit model. Then, using matlab and EWB512, can simulate the model and know its characteristics of generating heat. Mean while, and analyzed some factors which can affect its heat generating characteristics.
