Abstract: Based on the technologies of Quantum One-time Pad and Quantum Key Distribution, an efficient quantum sequential multi-signature protocol of classic message was proposed. Different from known quantum sequential multi-signature protocols, the protocol takes the single photons as quantum resources, instead of multi-particle entangled states, and further only needs to perform single-particle unitary operations. Especially, it is very easy and flexible for the proposed protocol to add and delete the signer. The security of the proposed protocol mainly depends on the unconditional security of Quantum Key Distribution, and it can resist various related attacks. In addition, compared with well-known quantum sequential multi-signature protocols, there are higher efficiencies of the signature and the verification in our protocol.
