Spontaneous radiation of single photon in optomechanical system

Abstract: Applying microscopic master equation and damping basis method, we study spontaneous radiation of single photon. Typical optomechanical system consists of an mechanical mode and a cavity mode. Comparing the quantum optical master equation, microscopic master equation describes the decay process of energy eigen-state in an optomechanical system. The calculation of mean photon number shows that the probability-superposition of decay processes of excited states determine the spontaneous radiation of single photon. Also, these methods can be used to deal with some related problems in ultrastrong coupling optomechanics.
