Abstract: In order to prevent the negative effect of vibration produced by vehicle-mounted FTIR spectrometer in the process of movement on the FTIR spectrometer, and to ensure signal to noise rate and measurement accuracy of spectrometer,a FTIR spectrometer system combining structure of angle mirror and damping system with single degree of freedom was designed to increase the anti-vibration performance of spectrometer.A series of testing experiments about desktop vibration were conducted to validate the good anti-vibration performance of structure of swing angle mirror, which also proved that damping system of single degree of freedom could significantly increase the anti-vibration performance of spectrometer. Finally,A experiment on vehicle-mounted FTIR spectrometer was conducted and showed that the mean signal to noise rate of measured spectrum in the process of movement reached 94 percentage of the mean signal to noise rate in the static process, which indicated that the designed system was able to run smoothly in mobile platform, have good anti-vibration performance and provide application condition for vehicle-mounted FTIR spectrometer monitoring.
