摘要: 全固态拉曼激光器由于具有光束质量好、波长范围广、结构紧凑、转换效率高、稳定性好等优势,在信息、交通、测量、医疗、国防、工业和农业等众多领域具有十分广泛的应用前景。目前已成为激光器件与激光技术领域的研究热点之一。本文介绍了全固态拉曼激光器的研究概况,重点介绍了我们以Nd:YVO4作为激光增益介质,以BaWO4、SrWO4及YVO4作为拉曼介质的连续运转和人眼安全波段的准连续运转全固态拉曼激光器方面的研究工作。最后对全固态拉曼激光器的未来发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: All solid-state Raman lasers have attracted great attention for various applications in the areas of medicine, biomedicine, optical communication, environmental control, and so on, due to their advantages such as simple, robust, efficient, and versatile. And solid-state Raman laser can offer good beam quantity, flexible wavelength in the infrared and visible spectral ranges by simply choosing different crystals in combination with frequency doubling technology. We present a overview of the solid-state Raman lasers, and then highlight our research work in Nd:YVO4 solid-state laser using BaWO4, SrWO4 and YVO4 as the Raman medium in continuous operation and eye-safe quasi-continuous operation. And the future development trends of solid-state Raman lasers are discussed.
