非对称半指数量子阱中强耦合极化子振动频率

Vibrational frequency of strong-coupling polaron in asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well

摘要: 采用Huybrechts 线性组合算符和第二次Lee-Low-Pines (LLP) 幺正变换方法研究了非对称半指数量子阱 中强耦合极化子的性质。得到了RbCl 非对称半指数量子阱中强耦合极化子的振动频率和基态能量, 并理论上导 出了振动频率和基态能量随受限势的两个正参量(U0 和) 的变化关系。选择RbCl 晶体材料进行数值计算, 研究 结果表明: U0 和 是研究非对称半指数量子阱中极化子性质的重要物理量, 非对称半指数量子阱的振动频率和基 态能量随U0 的增加而增大, 随 的增加而减少。

Abstract: By using Huybrechts′ linear combination operator and the second Lee-Low-Pines (LLP) unitary transformation method, the properties of the strong-coupling polaron in RbCl asymmetrical semiexponential quantum well are investigated. The vibrational frequency and ground state energy of the strong-coupling polaron in a RbCl asymmetrical semi-exponential quantum well are obtained, and the variation of the vibrational frequency and ground state energy with the two positive parameters (U0 and ) of the asymmetrical semi-exponential confinement potential is derived theoretically. RbCl crystal material is selected for numerical calculation, and the results indicate that U0 and  are important physical quantities for investigating the properties of the strong-coupling polaron in asymmetrical semiexponential quantum well, and the vibrational frequency and ground state energy of the strong-coupling polaron increase with the increase of U0, while decrease with the increase of .
