摘要: 硒镓钡(BaGa4Se7, BGSe) 和硒锗镓钡(BaGa2GeSe6, BGGSe) 晶体是由中国科学家自主研发的新型红外 非线性光学材料。其具有优异综合性能, 在激光领域有着重要的应用价值, 因此引起了国内外广泛的关注。总 结了近期BGSe 和BGGSe 的晶体生长进展和激光输出成果, 并对未来发展进行展望。

关键词: 非线性光学, 钡镓硒, 钡镓锗硒, 晶体生长, 激光输出

Abstract: BaGa4Se7 (BGSe) and BaGa2GeSe6 (BGGSe) crystals are novel infrared nonlinear optical materials independently developed by Chinese scientists. Because of the excellent comprehensive performance and the important application value in laser industry, they have attracted much attention at home and abroad. The progress of crystal growth and laser output of BGSe and BGGSe are summarized, and the future development is prospected.
