Abstract:

In temperature measurement with near-infrared colorimetry method, if the environment radiation intensity in furnace is higher than that of work piece being detected, the measurement result will be influenced by environment radiation significantly。In order to obtain more satisfied measurements result relatively ,according to measurement analysis,we found out the relationship between projected absorption rate of radiation, reflectivity and transmittance of the work piece detected in different temperature field, which supplies theory basis for measuring the real temperature of work piece accurately, furthermore,on the basis of which,a novel resolution to solve background radiation in high temperature is proposed。
