Abstract: Quantum key distribution uses quantum mechanical properties to ensure communication security. It enables both parties to generate and share a random and secure key for encrypting and decrypting the transmitted data. Measurement device-independent quantum key distribution (MDI-QKD) is an important part of quantum key distribution. The MDI-QKD protocol can solve the security vulnerabilities caused by measurement devices in the quantum key distribution protocol and guarantee the security of the protocol. Extending the communication distance is a new and important research direction of the MDI-QKD protocol. In this paper, through the in-depth analysis of quantum teleportation principle in quantum network, according to the particularity of MDI-QKD protocol, the quantum state prepared by Alice is transmitted to David by teleportation in quantum network, and then David and Bob run the MDI-QKD protocol together. The protocol is proposed to apply the quantum teleportation to the MDI-QKD protocol. The key rate of the MDI-QKD protocol is analyzed. The simulation experimental results show that the security transmission distance of the key can be greatly extended while ensuring the security of the protocol, and the security protocol is not dependent on the measurement equipment, which effectively avoids the problem. All attacks on the meter side in the QKD system.
