摘要:

报道了激光二极管列阵(LDA)端面泵浦的全固态腔内倍频525nm绿光激光器。Yb:YAG晶体掺杂浓度10-at.%,几何尺寸为φ4mm×1mm,利用半导体致冷器(TEC)对其进行温度控制。倍频晶体选用按Ⅰ类临界相位匹配角度切割的LBO,位相匹配角度为(θ,φ)=(90°,12.2°)。采用线性平凹腔结构,在LDA泵浦功率为11.3 W时,获得了最高功率为244 mW的525 nm连续激光输出,光-光转换效率为1.98%

Abstract:

The laser diode array(LDA)end-pumped intra-cavity second harmonic generation 525 nm green laser was demonstrated by using 1 mm thick Yb:YAG crystal.The doping concentration is 10 at.%.The temperature of Yb:YAG crystal was controlled by thermo-electric cooler(TEC).The nonlinear optical crystal,LBO,at a type-Ⅰphase-matching direction of(θ,φ)=(90°,12.2°)was employed.With linear-type cavity,a CW output power of 244 mw at 525 nm green laser has been obtained when the incident power was 11.3 W.The optical conversion efficiency was 1.98%.
