摘要:

基于光线传输理论对双曲柱面-平面透镜准直半导体激光光束的特性进行了研究,并用解析的方法讨论了在有误差时各参数对准直效果的影响,为正确认识、纠正误差,尽可能发挥双曲柱面-平面透镜的准直作用,改善半导体激光器快轴方向光束的质量,提供了理论依据。

Abstract:

Using ray-tracing method, the performance of the Hyperboloid Cylinder-plane Lens(HCPL) used to collimate laser diode beams are showed. Then, the influences of every parameter on the performance of the HCPL are discussed. The consequence in this paper may be used to design a collimating system with mico-hyperboloid cylinder-plane lens that will considerably decrease the diverging angle of diode laser in fast axis and will be build up high quality beam.
